Our new Long-Term Care facility is now open! The incredible team at Pole Creek Estates is ready to welcome your loved one home at our state-of-the-art facility designed to provide individualized care and host family gatherings for our residents. There are dedicated nurses stationed in every hall to ensure continuous care for our valued residents.
Housing has been enhanced to feature 51 private rooms, an increase from the previous 21 rooms, that includes three bariatric rooms designed specifically for residents with limited mobility or those experiencing obesity. These rooms are equipped with specialized lifts to help safely transition residents. There are 17 beds in the Memory Care Unit, which was specifically constructed for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. We have reduced companion rooms to allow for more privacy and improve comfort, but companion rooms are still available for spouses or individuals interested in expanding their social network.
Our extravagant salon is open to all residents seeking haircuts, highlights, or perms at an additional cost. This experience will take them back to their younger years and promote social interaction. More importantly, the salon helps us fulfill our mission to ensure residents feel their best and see their value. There are a surplus of fun, stimulating activities and events in our Activity Rooms, as well as a spacious Multi-Purpose Room for resident families and friends to host reunions, baby or bridal showers, card clubs, graduation receptions, and more! Residents will appreciate the open-concept dining room and the smaller dining room for residents’ families to come together, bake food, and make memories. On Sundays or special service days, everyone is welcome to enjoy worship, music, fellowship, and faith in our expanded and modern chapel. This room was designed to accommodate for stream-in services, so your loved one never has to miss an important sermon, baptism, or wedding.
The outdoor courtyard is a family favorite where loved ones can barbecue from the mounted grill or roast marshmallows on the fire pit. Residents in the Memory Care Unit have their own courtyard for relaxation with comfortable benches and ample shade for hot days. However, if your loved one prefers to stay indoors, we’ve brought some of nature’s greatest gifts inside! Bird aviaries are a popular feature for residents and visitors.
