FAQs
As soon as you walk in through the main doors at SRMC, our friendly greeter will inform you which Admissions Representative is available to assist you. If this is your first time at our facility, our wonderful Admissions team will be happy to guide you to your appointment or lead you in the direction you need to go!
It is important to remember the following items for any appointment:
- Insurance card
- Payment (cash, card, or check)
- Driver’s license or other form of ID
YES! Even if you’ve utilized eCheck-in through your My Health Connection account, you still need to check in at Admissions as eCheck-in expediates the admission process when you arrive but does not eliminate it. Additionally, if you are here solely for lab testing, you still need to check in at Admissions. They will verify your information and inform the lab to prepare for your tests. Thank you for your understanding!
Our visiting hours are 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. every day.
SRMC apparel, cups, and snacks are available for sale in our Coffee Cure.
Although we love pets, only service animals are allowed at SRMC. Additionally, absolutely no service animals are allowed in our surgery department.
There is no smoking or tobacco use of any kind allowed within our facilities or on our campus. At our hospital, you are here to heal and feel better; whereas, tobacco is proven to be harmful to your body, the environment, and anyone breathing in second-hand tobacco.
Direct access testing allows consumers to order their own laboratory tests without consulting their medical provider. DAT includes General Health Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, Glucose, Lipid Panel, Testosterone Total, PSA, Vitamin D, Microalbumin, and Blood Type. The glucose test, General Health Panel, and Lipid Panel require an 8-10 hour fast for most accurate results.
Our incredible laboratory team offers D.A.T. every Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with no appointment necessary. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing.
