Kelsey Watchorn, PLMHP

The quote, “What do we live for, if it is not to make life less difficult for each other?” by George Eliot in 1956, sums up my philosophy in care. My goal is to provide individualized services that range in modality to best fit the individual needs of those I work with. This involves helping each person discover their own strengths and resources as well as their ability to heal and grow. A variety of treatment modalities are used, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and more. I offer individual therapeutic services to children, youth, and adults who are experiencing a variety of concerns. These concerns include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma/loss, alcohol and substance use, and more.
